Comfortable cabin temperature even in hot weather

It’s getting warmer inside aircraft – not only due to warmer summers with strong sunlight on the aircraft cabin, but also more and more electronics in the aircraft, such as screens integrated in the seats, continue to heat up the cabin temperature.

Guinault aircraft air conditioning units ensure comfortable temperatures in both summer and winter, and avoid the use of expensive, noisy and fuel-intensive APU turbines.

DESCRIPTION

  • Consistent implementation of the “APU-Off strategy” to reduce emissions and noise at the airport
  • Intuitive control and operation
  • Easy maintenance thanks to modular design and high-quality components
  • State-of-the-art technology with live control of unit data on laptop / tablet / smartphone
  • Available for all aircraft sizes
  • Variants: CF – for connection to 50Hz / 400V, GF – with diesel engine

Good air for category B and C aircraft

Many turboprop aircraft don’t have an APU (auxiliary power unit at the rear of the aircraft) – so in hot summer weather air conditioning is more than a luxury.

  • Suitable for all category B and C aircraft types, i.e. up to Boeing B737/ Airbus A321
  • Optionally only cooling or also heating
  • Optional only electric (50Hz/400V/125A), only diesel driven or a combination of both

THE UNIVERSAL FOR ELECTRICITY AND CLIMATE

The all-rounder: The CF/GF-15 Combo from Guinault cools the aircraft and at the same time supplies 400Hz/90kVA and/or 28Vdc

Background: The aircraft requires relatively little electricity on the ground, so the energy can be used for air conditioning. The full performance of the GPU is only required during the starting process – but at this stage the air conditioning unit is already switched off.

  • Significant space savings and cost reduction in the investment, as well as in the operating costs – only one motor is running
  • Suitable for all category B and C aircraft types, i.e. up to Boeing B737/Airbus A321
  • Optionally only cooling or also heating

AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE BIG ONES

  • For air conditioning of all category C to E aircraft
  • Optional kit for regional aircraft to also cover category B aircraft
  • Optionally only cooling or also heating
  • Optionally only electric (50Hz/400V/125A), only diesel driven or a combination of both
